Management Team

David Simon, Founder and President, a trial and appellate lawyer for 14 years, has created hundreds of CD-ROM and web-based training programs for both lawyers and non-lawyers. Since founding WeComply in 1999, David has been a frequent speaker on compliance and employee-training issues and has written articles for ACC Docket, Corporate Counsel magazine, Director's Monthly, and numerous other publications.

Karen Kiesel, COO, has extensive experience in account management, support, relationship management and sales within the financial sector. She came to WeComply from the Corillian Corporation, a leading provider of online financial services to banks and credit unions. Prior to working at Corillian, Karen provided consulting services for a number of financial institutions.

Ken Grosserode, Managing Legal Editor, has worked as an attorney since 1995. After serving two years in the U.S. Department of Justice, Ken clerked for the Board of Immigration Appeals and practiced at a firm in San Francisco. At WeComply, Ken uses his legal training and experience to develop and customize the content for our e-learning courseware and related compliance-training resources.
